With the appointment of their new CEO in September 2019, collectively the Executive Leadership Team knew that the development of their Leaders and Managers throughout the organisation was a key strategy for the growth aspirations of River Island.

Following their acquisition by Perrigo in September 2021, the HRA Pharma Learning and Development Team endorsed by their Executive Leadership Team set out a plan to support their people through the change of the acquisition.

In March 2021 Ballys Corp reached an agreement to buy online gaming and gambling platform Gamesys Group Plc (completed in October 2021).

In 2021 Virgin Media Ireland led by their Learning and Development Director designed and launched their ‘BE Virgin Behaviours’.
