HRA Pharma.

Following their acquisition by Perrigo in September 2021, the HRA Pharma Learning and Development Team endorsed by their Executive Leadership Team set out a plan to support their people through the change of the acquisition with the aim of giving them the self-belief, confidence, self-awareness, and skills to lead themselves through the change and be prepared to engage with their future colleagues at Perrigo.

Preparing for Success was the programme that would do just that. Split into two parts with the first part being delivered by their internal L&D Team, Revolve was brought in to support the delivery of Part 2.

Part 1 was focused on each team member taking the opportunity to look at themselves, identify their strengths and the things that make them uniquely them (we called them their ‘Pearls), and together in their teams give each other feedback on “what makes them amazing”.

We partnered with the L&D Team in the design, build, and delivery of Part 2 which was focused on taking their ‘Pearls’ from words and feedback and turning that into a more detailed and engaging group of skills that showcased the strength of each individual and their strengths as a team. We developed their skills in storytelling and communication to ensure when the opportunity presented itself, they could tell anyone about themselves with confidence, conviction, and in an engaging way – we ensured they were fully prepared for success.

The programme was delivered to all 250 colleagues from 17 teams across the business in a face-to-face format across 6 countries.
