    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Luke oversees all business operations, develops new and maintains positive and trust-based partnerships with our clients, driving strategic company growth and overall performance of the business.

    Luke is dedicated to supporting his clients in the design and implementation of their strategies, cultures and people development and ensuring they’re aligned with the growth aspirations of the organisation.

    He believes that the difference between success and failure is a truly collaborative, co-creative approach to any partnership between the team at Revolve and its clients.

    On the 28th of February 2020, along with Business Partner Kate Bowers, Luke completed a Management buyout of Revolve (then called Pti Worldwide) and assumed the role of Managing Director.

  • Kate Bowers

    PEOPLE & PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR

    Kate joined Revolve (then called Pti) when it was established back in 2005 and has fulfilled business management and senior roles such as strategy, finance, client experience, HR and People Management.

    It is her passion for people and their personal and professional development that led to her current role as People & Performance Director.

    In 2017, Kate embarked on a degree in psychology, enabling her to further progress her understanding of the human mind and the science behind personal and professional growth.

    Along with co-owner Luke Hall, Kate drives the strategy and growth agenda for the company ensuring our clients' needs are at the forefront of all strategic decisions made.

  • Danny Gray

    HEAD OF DESIGN & DELIVERY

    Danny has designed and delivered leadership and management training programmes to global organisations for over a decade. Some of his clients include GVC, Virgin Media, O2, DHL, Halfords, and World Pay.

    Danny focuses on connecting with individual challenges and designing experiential and scenario-based learning to drive personal and professional capability, ensuring immediate results and long-term sustainability.

    Prior to Revolve, Danny spent 10 years working for Orange in a variety of roles. His hands-on approach comes from early in his career when he started as a store manager before moving into the training team as a Leadership and Sales trainer.

    His real-world, authentic experience creates connections with his delegates as he shares his stories, ideas and strategies to drive both their personal and professional success.

  • Angela Mather

    CONSULTANT FACILITATOR & EXECUTIVE COACH

    An experienced facilitator and coach with 17 years of experience supporting leaders and senior leaders to enhance their self-awareness and impact through the development of their individual and collective needs.

    Coming from a police and sales management background, she identified early on in her working life, that the deep impact effective facilitation and coaching can have on an individual's progress and achievements, along with her passion for people, inspired her to move into this area of work.

    She believes when you balance increased self-awareness with the knowledge and tools of effective leadership you can build a team of strong, effective leaders throughout your business, regardless of role.

    As a mum of 2 young children, she understands the importance of home/work balance, the impact each has on the other, and how the investment of developing your self-awareness and leadership skills can benefit relationships in all aspects of your life.

    The 3 things she values most in life are family, personal development and community.

    EXECUTIVE FACILITATOR & COACH

    Tony has significant experience working with senior leaders within blue-chip global brands, international governments, and national organisations to motivate and inspire people to deliver sustainable and tangible business results.

    His career spans over 3 decades working at Exec level with global organisations such as Rolls Royce, Sky and Citigroup, gaining a deep understanding of businesses, leaders and people from all industries and sectors.

    Tony's expertise and passion lie in helping senior leaders and organisations to create and implement the strategies, cultures, and environments to inspire and develop the capability to achieve superior results through their people.

  • Rachael Robson-Green

    CONSULTANT FACILITATOR & EXECUTIVE COACH

    Rachael is a qualified Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, and experienced facilitator with a passion for transformational leadership and people development.

    She has over a decade of experience working within sales leadership roles for global brands. Leaning on her own corporate journey, Rachael has been inspired to create positive change within workplace culture and support organisations to empower their leaders and teams.

    Rachael has created and delivered a variety of leadership programmes and wellbeing projects to brands which inspire authentic, connected environments where both leaders and teams are able to truly thrive.

    Within her coaching and facilitating Rachael naturally blends intuition and empathy, with a skill for clearly articulating what holds people back. Her positive approach and courageous perception open the door to creating both possibilities and results.

    CONSULTANT FACILITATOR & EXECUTIVE COACH

    Charlotte combines her considerable business experience and passion for psychology, to offer strategy and change consulting to organisations and individuals, stimulating growth and boosting performance.

    Charlotte’s holistic view spans operations, finance, sales, marketing, and HR, she forged her executive career in strategic alliances. In parallel with this, she has built board experience, holding positions on executive boards with Kyocera, Teradata, and Young Enterprise -influencing strategic decisions, embedding robust governance, instil core values, and advancing relevant topics such as Diversity & Inclusion. As a catalyst for change, Charlotte applies executive coaching and business prowess to assess the challenges companies face in today’s ever-evolving landscape, working closely with entities to deliver impactful cultural, digital, and business change programmes.

    MARKETING & CREATIVE LEAD

    After several years as a Customer Service Manager, Shannon took the plunge and followed her passion for all things creative.

    She joined Pti in 2020 as a business coordinator and quickly showed a passion and skill for design. In 2022 Shannon, became our Marketing & Creative lead, responsible for all internal and external branding, marketing, and social content.

  • Georgia Tate

    BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR

    Georgia joined Pti in 2021 fresh out of Uni, where she achieved her BA Hons in Graphic Design.

    She spends most of her time looking after our delivery team and clients in the virtual delivery space, supporting all online sessions with learning support.

    Georgia also leads on internal promotion and education of current affairs and societal issues, keeping us all in the know!

    CONSULTANT FACILITATOR

    Astrid has spent 20 years in Sales, Management and Learning & Development, in fast-paced large organisations.

    Astrid is a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist, she brings her consultancy skills, coaching, learning and development expertise together in her role as a consultant facilitator.

    Astrid combines her sales and business operational background, with coaching and leadership expertise, to add significant business and personal value.

    Her high energy and ability to connect with individuals at all levels earn her the respect of her learners, clients and colleagues.

    MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION TEACHER & COACH

    Sarah is a Breathworks accredited Mindfulness Teacher & Coach.

    She began her 15-year career working in Learning and Development functions for large corporates. She is an experienced and highly regarded facilitator and coach. Sarah's own experience with anxiety led her to explore Mindfulness in a more meaningful way. She has been practicing Mindfulness since 2015.

    CONSULTANT FACILITATOR & EXECUTIVE COACH

    Ben is a professionally qualified learning and development practitioner, ILM Level 7 coach and Insight Discovery practitioner. Ben describes himself as a ‘behavioural optimisation specialist’ with over fifteen years of experience in leadership and people development for some of the UK's leading brands.

    A charismatic and passionate facilitator who really cares about unlocking people’s ability to experience a more productive and happier work life by focusing on the right behaviours to deliver results. Programmes have focused on enhancing individual and Leadership performance to drive capability in a broad range of roles globally to ensure long term sustainability and business growth.

    Having joined Pti in 2006 with over 21 years of business experience, it was attending a Pti programme that inspired Graeme to rethink his career and train to become a consultant trainer.

    He currently works with a diverse portfolio of businesses from FTSE 100s to growing SME businesses – helping organisations, Directors, Managers and teams achieve accelerated and sustainable growth.

    Leanne is an experienced leader and business coach specialising in behavioural change, leadership development and organisational culture. Having worked across multiple sectors, industries and countries, she understands what makes people and organisations thrive.

    She has set up numerous high-performing learning and development functions and has worked on international HR change programmes for major companies such as DHL and Celesio (now McKesson). Her time in Sri Lanka working on a change programme to integrate child Tamil soldiers into a Sinhalese orphanage helped her understand fully the power of culture for behavioural change.

    In 2019 Leanne stepped out of the corporate world to follow her passion for developing organisational culture.

    Illuminate is a training and consultancy business based in Kenilworth, enabling forward-thinking organisations to help keep their staff happy, healthy and productive. They support businesses with the development of their wellbeing strategy, analysis of survey data, and delivery of interactive, practical training. Illuminate has a range of specialists covering resilience, positive psychology, vocational rehabilitation, Mental Health First Aid, mindfulness and psychometric profiling.
